The current and future observing facilities: a guided tour – Day IV
A prestigious international conference on the usage of modern and future telescopes „The current and future observing facilities: a guided tour“ (https://ease2018school.wordpress.com/), was held in Belgrade from 2nd to 7th September 2018.
The meeting was part of the General Assembly of the International Astronomical Union(https://astronomy2018.univie.ac.at/), which was held in Vienna in late August, and is also organized in honor of the 210th anniversary of the University of Belgrade.
The conference was organized by the Faculty of Mathematics of the University of Belgrade, with foreign partners: the European Southern Observatory – ESO, Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias in Spain, National Institute for Astrophysics in Italy, and domestic partners: the Astronomical Observatory in Belgrade and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University in Belgrade.
Prestižna međunarodna konferencija o korišćenju modernih i budućih teleskopa „The current and future observing facilities: a guided tour“ (https://ease2018school.wordpress.com/) održana je u Beogradu od 2. do 7. septembra 2018. godine.
Naučni skup je deo aktivnosti u okviru Generalne skupštine Međunarodne Astronomske Unije (https://astronomy2018.univie.ac.at/), koja je održana krajem avgusta u Beču, kao i deo proslave 210 godina Univerziteta u Beogradu.
Organizator konferencije bio je Matematički fakultet Univerziteta u Beogradu, inostrani partneri su bili Evropska Južna Opservatorija, Kanarski institut za astrofiziku u Španiji i Nacionalni institut za astrofiziku u Italiji, dok su domaći partneri bili Astronomska opservatorija u Beogradu i Mašinski fakultet Univerziteta u Beogradu.
